To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Building & Real Estate Division.

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Engineering to lead our fast-growing multidisciplinary engineering teams (35 staff+) and drive the development of new service offerings. As the Director of Engineering, you will oversee three existing teams: Fire Engineering, Façade Engineering, and Structural Engineering. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy, business development initiatives, and overall growth trajectory of the company.

• Strong technical expertise in fire engineering, façade engineering, and/or structural engineering, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and standards.
• Managerial experience of an engineering division or team
• International experience preferred
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations, contract management, and client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to driving excellence in engineering design and delivery.
