Description

As the Director of eCommerce, CRO, and SEO at Skyshowtime, you will define and lead the growth strategy across Web and App, focusing on maximising conversion rates, subscription value, and user experience across 22 markets. You will drive impactful merchandising campaigns, advanced A/B and multivariate testing, and SEO strategies, continuously optimising performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Skyshowtime's growth strategy across Web, App, CRO, and SEO, focusing on maximising conversion rate and subscription value across multiple platforms and markets.
  • Drive the digital merchandising strategy to launch impactful tentpole campaigns, optimise content discovery, and showcase plans & compelling promotions that drive growth.
  • Supercharge A/B and multivariate testing strategies, leveraging data insights to optimise user experiences, reduce friction and accelerate conversion growth.
  • Drive personalised merchandising strategies leveraging data and advanced technologies to craft tailored, engaging experiences that maximise conversion.
  • Lead the SEO strategy across all digital touchpoints,driving visibility, discoverability, and continuous optimisation in line with evolving search engine algorithms.
  • Define web capability requirementsand collaborate with Product and Technology teams to prioritise and deliver high-impact enhancements that drive the greatest ROI.
  • Develop and implement monetization strategies to increase customer upgrades to higher value plans and promotions, driving stronger ARPU, retention, and long-term LTV.
  • Analyse and influence traffic mix, leveraging user flow performance insights to prioritise the highest performing traffic sources in partnership with paid media teams.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or a similar role within the streaming or digital entertainment industry, with an international remit.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Optimizely to identify and implement optimisations.
  • Deep understanding of digital commerce trends in the streaming industry, with a focus on subscriber acquisition and monetization strategies.
  • Proven experience leading global teams, with expertise in international markets and proficiency in an additional language to drive effective global strategy and execution.
  • Proven ability to drive personalisation strategies using customer data and advanced technologies to enhance engagement, conversion, and long-term customer value (LTV).
  • Demonstrated success in SEO strategy, driving optimised content visibility and discoverability across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, working closely with departments such as Product, Technology, Marketing, and UX/UI to drive impactful digital strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate strategies and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience defining requirements, prioritising initiatives, and delivering on complex, high-impact digital projects.
