About the role

  • This is a Director role, working alongside our Cyber Partner to create a cyber business, focused on Board level Cyber Readiness and Response in the UK that focuses on bringing the best of regulatory and legal advice with cyber risk consultancy experience to our clients
  • Risk and Control: Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies

About you

  • Self-starter: we are building a business, so someone who is energised by the idea of driving a business forward and taking initiative
  • Sales origination: someone with sales experience who enjoys relationship management and creating leads in a focussed fashion, seeing them through to conversion
  • Cyber readiness and response expertise; someone who has either hands on experience of improving cyber readiness/resilience and responding to events/breaches in a corporate or advising clients on the same
  • Experience in Cyber M&A deal lifecycle and/or cyber security supply chain management is very welcome
  • Industry experience/expertise; someone who understands the drivers in our key industries, including financial services, infrastructure, government
  • Strong network: someone with a broad and deep network amongst cyber/C-suite peers, who carries a level of respect for their expertise and delivery.
  • Commercial acumen: someone who has experience of contracting, pricing, market and competition analysis and understands how to build a lean high growth business that is scalable and efficient, without compromising on quality or risk
  • Collaboration: someone who truly believes and lives the ethos that working together creates the best outcomes
