We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join us as the Director of Clinical Quality. Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing our clinical governance framework. Your leadership will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and compliance as we continue to expand our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance clinical governance across the organization to drive continuous improvement in patient safety and service quality.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with national regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert leadership in areas such as PSIRF, safeguarding, infection prevention, and independent investigations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, professional development, and teamwork across all staffing groups.
  • Represent InHealth at national and international levels, building partnerships and promoting best practices.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality reports, including monthly governance updates for the Board and Executive Team.
  • Ensure robust risk management processes are in place and integrated into operational and financial planning.

About You:

  • Registered nurse or healthcare professional with current registration.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare leadership.
  • Extensive experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and healthcare regulation.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and manage complex healthcare environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about improving patient care and outcomes, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
