Person specification

Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Registered RN/RM/AHP/Medical
  • Relevant post- registration education
  • Evidence of delivering change / transformation

Desirable criteria

  • Project management qualifiaction
  • Previous experience of undertaking clinical governance reviews

Experience

Essential criteria

  • Able to present self at director level (use of language, tone, writing)
  • Previous director-level experience
  • Substantial nursing, midwifery or AHP management and leadership experience
  • Previous experience of leading and working within a programmatic structure to implementing change

Desirable criteria

  • Previous experience of undertaking governance reviews

Skills

Essential criteria

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, prioritising work programmes amid competing demands.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key external partners and agencies e.g. CQC, ICB where collaboration is critical.
