Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Director of Business Systems based form our London (Paddington) office.

We are looking for someone who can provide strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's business systems, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations) and the Power Platform.

Ww would expect you to drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of these systems to support business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver value across the organization.

You will oversee a team of business analysts, developers, and system administrators responsible for D365 and Power Platform solutions and be responsible for the collaboration with senior leadership and department heads to identify business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (both CE and F&O), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and related Microsoft technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale D365 implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of business process re-engineering and its application in D365
