Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other , foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact.

These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most .

As a Director in Applied AI (TMT), you will be responsible for:

  • Building and scaling market-facing offerings (including GenAI and advanced analytics), defining value propositions, pricing approaches and delivery models, and partnering with alliance and engineering leaders to industrialise solutions.
  • Operating as a senior trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, shaping AI-enabled business and operating-model change and translating model capabilities into measurable financial, customer and operational outcomes.
  • Providing executive sponsorship for complex, multi-workstream AI programmes, ensuring strong governance, risk management, delivery assurance and benefits realisation across the portfolio.
  • Setting the standards for secure and responsible deployment of large language models and associated tooling, ensuring appropriate controls, testing, monitoring, model-risk management and data protections are embedded in our delivery approach.
