We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales - Agency Team to lead and drive the growth of our agency-focused sales efforts. In this key leadership role, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong agency partnerships, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets.

Essential responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to grow agency partnerships and revenue streams across EMEA region
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as a trusted advisor and driving long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to align on business objectives and deliver seamless solutions to agency clients
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and promote our offerings
- Continuously monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to achieve individual and team goals
What you'll bring...
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles (min 8 years), preferably within the agency in PR industry
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and the ability to build lasting partnerships
- Exceptional leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
