We are seeking 2-6 years PQE UK-qualified lawyers (Solicitor or Barrister), to join our highly regarded Cyber Security and Data Protection team, to support with general Data Protection work

About the role

Our practice is recognised by the main legal directories as one of the UK's leading practices for this work, with two of our partners rated as leading individuals. We are also the only UK law firm that can boast success in The Supreme Court in personal data breach group litigation.

We can promise access to some of the most challenging and complex data protection matters in the market. You will be working on a wide range of data protection work, including adtech, direct marketing, contracting, data subject rights, risk assessment and remediation and answering complex client queries.

About you

We are keen to hear from candidates who have verifiable experience in and passion for the above.

An ideal candidate has a good understanding of the ICT and network and information systems upon which cyber security and data protection depend for resilience that would be advantageous as well as if they have written articles or blog posts on the topics or even undertaken speaking engagements. Candidates from leading practices in these areas (whether in private practice or in-house) will be preferred.
