The role: Digital Senior Account Executive

Greenhouse is looking for an outstanding communications professional who is passionate about driving climate and nature positive action, with a particular focus on digital communications.

We need someone who is creative, strategic, analytical and with excellent project management skills to join our smart and dedicated team to help deliver integrated communications campaigns for leading opinion formers and change makers.

Your natural passion will mean that you are curious about new ideas and eager to effect change. You'll be keen to learn and flex with the needs of the team or challenge. You'll stay on top of stories and trends and be passionate about sharing your knowledge with the team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Established experience in a communications role, with experience and confidence working across digital campaigns beyond content development - preferably in a previous agency role.
  • Project management: ability to turn strategic communications plans into action and impact-led campaigns.
  • Client servicing: acting a key client contact, building trust and solid relationships.
  • Content development: write and edit compelling copy to reach audiences across policy, business, investors and citizens across a range of formats.
  • Insights and research: ability to analyse research and data to create messaging and content for a range of audiences.
  • Digital reporting: understanding what metrics go into a report to demonstrate impact for clients.
  • Optimising for performance across a range of digital channels - from SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Website and Email.
  • Prepare briefs for specialist teams such as paid-media team, creative team and product development team.
  • AI-literacy: ready to embrace and develop new skills powered by AI developments to ensure agency stays ahead of the game and can support clients to deliver maximum impact.
  • Digital tools: knowledge and appetite to learn how to use of tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, Pulsar, SEM Rush, Hotjar, Sprout, Canva and Google Analytics.

Salary and benefits

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on location (Bristol or London) and experience.
  • Open to 4 or 5-day work pattern.
  • Flexible working: core hours 10am-4pm with 2-3 days per week expected in the office.
  • 3pm Friday finish
  • 25 days holiday (plus your birthday and office closure between Christmas and New Year).
