Purpose of the Role
Join the Customer Platforms and Strategy team as a Digital Project Manager in Bentley's Sales, Marketing and Aftersales team where you'll be responsible for creating and managing customer-facing digital products that support our customer's at different stages of their buying and ownership journey.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Platforms and Strategy your main responsibilities will include;
- Project managing the full end-to-end delivery of new customer-facing digital touchpoints, from initial business case to test and implementation.
- Leading and embedding change into the business, working with key stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Managing live and established digital platforms and applications ensuring they support operational business processes.
- Delivering effective digital retail projects in line with Beyond100+ business priorities, providing customer-centric platforms and products across the customer lifecycle.
- Managing relationships with selected third-party partner organisations involved in the delivery and on-going maintenance of digital products.
About the Team
The Customer Platforms and Strategy team are responsible for defining and delivering the owned customer touchpoints through which fans, prospects and customers alike interact with the Bentley brand on a daily basis. Our mission is to excite and engage our customers through extraordinary digital experiences.
About you - Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in a digital role within the automotive industry or with a luxury brand.
- Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders across the product development spectrum and confident in managing projects to cost, time and quality.
- Strong analytical skills and evidence of acting as voice of customer to deliver an engaging digital experience.
- Knowledge of the digital product development life cycle, preferably using Waterfall, Agile & DevOps methodologies.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to facilitate decision making up to an Executive Board level.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent commercial experience
- A Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP would be advantageous
- Experience using any of the following tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio, Google Analytics, Figma, Fronitfy, Jira, Confluence and Smartsheets would be advantageous
