POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Global Head of Digital & eCommerce and based out of the corporate office in London, as Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our digital products and platforms, including our booking engine, website, mobile applications, and integrations with key systems such as WeChat, Sabre/SynXis, Opera, and SalesForce. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, operations, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions that enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with the overall business objectives and guest experience strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, defining features, prioritizing enhancements, and conducting user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors including development agencies to ensure the successful integration of digital platforms with key systems such as Sabre/SynXis, Opera, and SalesForce.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital product development within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and analyse user feedback to continuously optimize digital products and drive improvements in usability, functionality, and engagement.
  • Work closely with the IT, Rates & Distribution, CRM, and Shared services team to oversee the development, testing, and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the Legal and Data Protection team to ensure all projects and technologies implemented are lawful and follow the highest data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, CRM, and brand teams to develop strategies for promoting digital products, driving user adoption, and increasing online bookings and revenue.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to digital product management in the hospitality sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the development and launch of digital products, including websites and mobile applications.
  • Experience with integrating digital platforms with third-party systems such as Sabre/SynXis, Opera, and SalesForce.
  • Experience with working with CMS systems such as Drupal, WordPress, Sitescore, Prismic and others is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for measuring product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-centric approach to digital product development and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
