Job Title: Digital Product Lead (Cyber)

Salary: £70,000 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance digital products, defining requirements, features, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with governance, risk, compliance, and development teams both in Head office and in the sectors to integrate solutions effectively
- Improve governance, risk, and compliance processes, enhancing risk management, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and optimisation
- Drive the development and delivery of cyber reporting metrics, using tools like Tableau
- Enhance risk and compliance tools, ensuring effective data integration and automation
- Stay updated on industry trends, driving innovation in cybersecurity governance
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Proven experience in digital product management, delivering value and business outcomes
- Knowledge of data concepts, including data architecture and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to capture and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Experienced in designing and creating dashboards for data visualisation
- Background in managing complex projects involving multiple business units and disciplines
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow) and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST)
- Experience working with defence or national security organisations
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, cybersecurity, risk management, or another STEM subject, and advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CISA

The Cyber Security Team:
This role sits within the Chief Information Technology Office (CITO) at the heart of Head Office, specifically supporting IT in its mission to drive global cybersecurity standards. As a key leader in the Global Cyber Security standards programme, you’ll be responsible for managing tooling, particularly the Archer platform, within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. You’ll lead the development of this high-profile product, working closely with sector stakeholders to define and implement solutions that align with business needs. With a focus on metrics, data analysis, and reporting, you’ll engage with senior stakeholders and collaborate with the data analytics team to deliver impactful insights. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll have the opportunity to manage complex application programmes, develop products from the ground up, and shape the future of a growing area with significant potential for additional projects and career growth.
