Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and collaborative Product Delivery Manager to help drive the successful delivery of digital initiatives that make a real difference for our customers and colleagues. You'll play a key role in shaping how we plan, govern and deliver change across our digital portfolio-working closely with supportive, cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery milestones, dependencies and third-party contributions across the digital portfolio
  • Supporting product roadmap planning and forecasting alongside Product Owners
  • Coordinating risk and issue management, ensuring effective governance oversight across all change activity
  • Leading financial tracking and budget management, including forecasting, reconciliation and supplier invoice validation
  • Liaising with teams across Digital, Finance, PMO and Service Transition to enable smooth governance, readiness and business case development
  • Coordinating business readiness and ensuring operational support models, policies and release governance requirements are met before go-live
  • Engaging with stakeholders to provide clear delivery updates and ensure seamless alignment across dependent teams
  • Maintaining key operational artefacts including BIA/BCP documentation, benchmarking assets, competitor insights and OpModel updates

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in delivery management, project management or PMO roles with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, track progress and manage multiple streams of work across a broad stakeholder landscape
  • Confidence in managing risks, issues and governance reporting within structured frameworks
  • Strong financial awareness, including managing budgets, forecasting and working with third-party suppliers
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach, able to influence and motivate others at all levels
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support informed decision-making
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • A team-focused individual who contributes positively to culture and supports equitable, customer-centred outcomes
