We're looking for a Marketing Communications and Sales Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between clinicians, sales, and marketing-driving product success through smart campaigns, expert knowledge, and seamless sales enablement.
Your Mission
You'll play a pivotal role in connecting clinical expertise, product strategy, and commercial execution. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Education, Events, and Clinical stakeholders, you'll ensure our products are positioned, understood, and activated effectively across the entire customer journey-while also supporting dental practices in growing patient demand and treatment acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Value & Commercial Enablement: Translate clinical features and benefits into clear, compelling value propositions for sales teams and customers. Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle management with strong clinical and commercial alignment.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver impactful messaging, training materials, and sales tools that support confident, consultative selling. Provide product support, field education, and ongoing enablement to the sales team.
- Patient Growth & Treatment Acceptance: Develop and support initiatives that help dental practices increase patient awareness, engagement, and acceptance of dental implant treatments. Create patient-facing materials, campaigns, and toolkits that simplify complex clinical concepts and communicate value clearly. Support practices with best-practice approaches to patient conversion, including digital engagement, in-practice communication, and treatment journey optimisation.
- B2C & B2B2C Marketing: Design and execute marketing strategies that address both direct-to-patient (B2C) and practice-enabled patient acquisition (B2B2C) models. Support clinics in attracting, educating, and converting patients through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, and local marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Bridge (Clinician, Sales & Marketing): Serve as a key connector between clinicians, marketing, and sales-ensuring insights from the field and clinical community are reflected in campaigns, content, and sales strategies.
- Social Media Management: Plan, publish, and engage across platforms with a focus on education, product storytelling, and patient engagement-tracking performance and optimizing for growth.
- Campaign Rollouts (iX Focus): Own the execution and success tracking of iX campaigns-from planning and rollout to lead tracking, analysis, and reporting-ensuring strong product and patient engagement alignment.
- Lead & Opportunity Management: Manage post-event and post-campaign lead assignment and follow-up processes using CRM tools, supporting both practice-level and patient-level conversion opportunities.
- Website & Landing Page Management: Maintain and optimize product and patient-focused content via AEM to ensure a high-quality, clinically accurate, and conversion-driven digital presence.
- Newsletters & External Communications: Develop and manage communications that educate, inform, and engage both clinicians and patients, with a strong product and clinical narrative.
- Publisher & Content Partnerships:Collaborate with industry publishers, KOLs, and clinical partners to co-create compelling professional and patient-facing educational content.
- Internal Communications: Keep internal teams informed and aligned with regular product, campaign, and marketing updates. Run monthly marketing and product updates for the sales team.
- Customer Journey Enhancements: Support onboarding and key touchpoints-from welcome kits to digital assets-ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both practices and patients.
- Event Collaboration: Work closely with Events & Education teams to support product-focused and patient growth activities before, during, and after events.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and challenger brand teams to bring product stories and patient-centric campaigns to life across channels.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product, or commercial enablement.
- Experience in B2C and B2B2C marketing, ideally within healthcare, dental, or medical sectors.
- Strong ability to translate clinical or technical information into compelling patient and commercial value propositions.
- Understanding of patient acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.
- Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and quality in content and execution.
- Digital fluency: confident using CRM platforms, Teams, Asana, and digital tolos.
- Solid understanding of social media, engagement metrics, and trends.
- Experience or familiarity with the dental/medical industry is highly desirable.
- Basic to good photography/videography skills (iPhone or camera).
- Confident presenter and communicator-internally, with sales teams, clinicians, and customers.
- Natural collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally.
- Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Personally driven and motivated to grow professionally.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events, training, and customer visits.
