The Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm of our website strategy and execution. Reporting to the Senior Digital Transformation Manager, you'll lead a team of digital dynamos in crafting an unparalleled online experience. From managing projects to advising stakeholders, you'll be the driving force behind our digital transformation journey.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute the website strategy, ensuring an exceptional digital client experience.
• Lead a team of Digital Marketing Executives, guiding them to success in website management and beyond.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table for continuous improvement.
• Manage website budgets, vendors, and technology reviews with finesse.
• Deliver insightful reports and pilot new technologies to enhance our digital presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in website CMS technologies (preferably Kentico, Sitecore).
• Proven track record in implementing B2B websites and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like PowerBI.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
