Simply put, we make change happen like no one else and we're on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager in our London, UK office. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing our paid media and social media programs, including advertising campaign management, content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking. Day to day, you'll be responsible for effectively managing and optimizing our paid and organic social presence across channels, while supporting campaign amplification and managing our employee advocacy program.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

YOU WILL:

Social Media

  • Develop and curate engaging social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram
  • Manage the end-to-end social media process, including content planning, targeting, scheduling, and reporting
  • Generate, edit, publish and share compelling content consistently, ensuring consistent quality and branding across all social media assets.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and monitor social listening topics
  • Track performance metrics across social platforms to inform future strategies
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform innovations

Employee Advocacy Platform (NH Now)

  • Manage shareable content within the platform ensuring brand compliance, accuracy, professionalism, relevance, and proper categorization.
  • Curate third-party content within the platform aligned to industry, capability, or firm strategy.
  • Optimize and drive adoption through gamification initiatives (leaderboards, contests) and communications.
  • Manage vendor relationship.
  • Develop and distribute insights to key stakeholders.
  • Host training and optimize training materials, while managing ongoing platform support, such as new user onboarding.

Advertising and Paid Media

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, MNTN, and programmatic channels
  • Guide creative for advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Support the development of compelling ad creative, copy, and assets that drive engagement
  • Conduct creative testing to optimize performance across channels
  • Manage advertising budget allocation and optimize spend across channels
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new channel opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

While we hope you'll do a lot of learning and growing with us, there are a few things we would love to see from you. We are looking for someone with expertise in both paid media and social strategy, ready to create engaging campaigns that drive results. You're a data magician who's ready to turn your analytics know-how into action.

  • Experience. 4-6+ years' experience in digital marketing, with emphasis in paid media management and social media strategy
  • Attention to detail. Our digital marketing manager will be meticulous in reviewing and proofreading copy to ensure accuracy and consistency of our content across all channels.
  • Passion and expertise in social media and multichannel campaigns. Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines. You'll be our firm expert in all things social and advertising, using your insight to improve engagement, following, and conversion. You will be empowered to keep your skills fresh by staying current on the latest social media channels and ad trends.
  • Budget management. Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets across channels
  • Exceptional people, writing, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Accountability and project management. Our lead will keep projects on track and manage time wisely.
  • A bachelor's degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field with strong digital emphasis/interest. This must be from an accredited college or university.

  • Communication - provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.
  • Cultural Awareness - demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
