Job Description

To own the digital strategy for our Professional Services (PS) business through the creation and co-ordination of engaging, meaningful content and campaigns across digital channels (owned and paid) and manage the community profiles for our PS business.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media / Community Management

  • Own our PS business social media channel ecosystem, leading on content strategy, governance and community management.
  • Manage the social media platforms to increase engagement, followers and brand visibility.
  • Regularly explore the best ways to find and engage new communities and audiences.
  • Create, co-ordinate and publish engaging content through a mix of media (e.g. written and video) and across social platforms that align across business services, business life stage and regions.
  • Help nurture our brand reputation by managing the online reviews about our company and brand across all relevant channels
  • Take the lead on social media listening and escalate potential issues to stakeholders across the business, as required
  • Moderate, generate and champion community interactions across our spectrum of channels, helping nurture and improve our reputation while also supporting the wider teams' business objectives
  • Act as the organisation's leading subject matter expert on organic and paid social media, providing training and guidance as required to the business
  • Manage and grow our colleague social advocacy programme, identifying the best opportunities for amplification and championing the programme internally

Paid digital advertising and campaign management

  • Create and execute our paid digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Partner with the Planning and campaigns team to provide recommendations and execute digital campaign strategies including keyword opportunities, campaign & channel structuring, targeting, display network in accordance with company goals.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns (PPC/LinkedIN), ensuring they apply best in class execution across digital channels
  • Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the Planning & Campaigns & Marketing Services team to develop ad copy/assets, landing page and banners.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage, review, and perform daily account optimisations through relevant advertising platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, and LinkedIn.

SEO

  • Own the SEO strategy ensuring all digital elements compliment and work together for maximum effectiveness
  • Partner with our content teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive relevant organic traffic and improve our online presence with our audiences and in line with our business objectives
  • Provide recommendation on SEO opportunities, working with Planning and Campaigns team to develop copy, landing pages and content.
  • Own and manage a content board (written and video) to schedule, align and repurpose content that can be used across channels

Other

  • Keep pace with search engine, PPC & SEO industry trends and developments.
  • Support the wider marcoms with planning and executing ideas and mechanics that help amplify our campaigns
  • Monitor. track and report on KPIs for all digital marketing activity, providing insights and recommendations for opportunities and improvement
  • Ensure compliance of all deliverables
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team and business stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications

Key Skills and Experience

Required

  • At least 5 years experience in digital marketing - SEO, social media community management and content creation experience, with proof of success.
  • Budget management and a track record of improving effectiveness of marketing spend
  • A reliable team member with great planning and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and is able to balance multiple tasks while sticking to agreed timings
  • Creative and enthusiastic who looks for new ideas and opportunities, has good copywriting skills and is able to consistently create engaging content
  • You have experience in the Professional Services sector (this is an advantage but not required)

Professional Qualifications

  • Relevant marketing or industry professional qualifications desirable although not essential
  • University qualification desirable although not essential
  • Evidence of staying up to date with technology developments on an ongoing basis
