This role will sit within the EMEA marketing team.

Overview:

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager EMEA is to lead our performance marketing (SEM, SEO and CRO) across our EMEA Incentives business.

This is a highly technical and data driven role with cross functional collaboration, both regionally and globally. Critical to success will be outstanding partnership skills with regional and global marketing, commercial stakeholders, product; alongside understanding the specific needs of different markets.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development of region-wide digital marketing strategies across channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, conversions and increase revenue aligned to our strategic company and regional goals.

Reporting to the Snr Director Marketing, EMEA, you'll draw on your passion and expertise in digital marketing to continuously improve our digital performance to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies across different markets and LOBs that align with business goals, increases brand awareness, drives online traffic and customer acquisition, focusing on performance-based outcomes such as CPL, CPA, LTV.
  • Ownership of the pan-region performance marketing strategy including PPC, Search, Discovery, Paid Social and Affiliates. Manage and optimize performance budgets efficiently to maximise performance and achieve targets including impression share, leads, cost per lead and quality scores
  • Manage external vendors and agencies, building strong relationships and ensuring effective execution, optimisation and ROI. Direct paid agency in optimizing keyword bidding, LinkedIn & Display strategies, including identifying search and competitive trends and opportunities to expand share
  • Manage the large keyword lists and implementation of negative keywords.
  • Manage ad copy adjustments based on results, identify areas to improve relevancy and work with web team to execute
  • Audit competitor brands to educate and inspire the Creative & Paid teams.
  • Frequent analysis, reporting and communicate results of funnel performance for both assisted sell and self serve / sign up sales channels. Pivot or shift approaches when necessary in response to learnings
  • Manage pan-region SEO, both owned and earned, including key word planning, and support wider team on content optimization
  • Work with cross functional teams to provide input to messaging, targeting and customer journey planning
  • Stay abreast of digital and performance marketing industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Ensure that all marketing digital marketing activity is compliant with the business, legal, compliance, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success is prefferable
  • Expert level knowledge of SEM, Social and SEO strategy, tactics and execution
  • A mix of agency and in-house experience desirable
  • Highly conversant with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to translate business priorities, insight and analysis into performance marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.

  • An ability to work to fast paced organisations, work to tight deadlines and KPI's, with excellent attention to detail.
