Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Basingstoke Support Office

Department: Sales & Marketing

Working pattern: Full-time, hybrid flexibility

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Join our Marketing team to lead the digital pillar within Marketing, owning the strategy, delivery and optimisation of the company's digital channels. The role ensures all digital activity is data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned to business objectives.

You will lead paid media, social, web, content, CRM, and conversion optimisation, balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution. Using performance insight and market trends, you will identify growth opportunities, refine customer journeys, and maximise ROI, including identifying opportunities to use AI to improve marketing performance and efficiency

Working closely with Brand and Communications, you will ensure digital activity consistently reflects brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice, delivering a cohesive experience across channels.

What this Role Offers

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership: Own and deliver the digital roadmap aligned to business and brand goals, translating priorities into measurable plans across the full funnel.
  • Paid Media & Performance: Lead paid channels, managing budgets, KPIs, testing, and optimisation to maximise ROI.
  • SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO strategy to increase visibility, rankings, and qualified traffic.
  • Digital & Channel Optimisation: Audit and optimise digital channels, user journeys, and conversion performance.
  • Market Insight & Innovation: Use competitor insights, trends, and AI to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • CRM, CRO & Customer Journeys: Lead CRM, automation, and CRO with a test-and-learn approach.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Own tracking, attribution, and reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner cross-functionally, manage agencies, ensure compliance, and mentor the digital team.
