Join our rapidly growing business in a role as Digital Marketing Manager (FTC) focusing primarily on the digital marketing and paid digital strategies to support B2B's commercial growth, as well as managing the apetito.co.uk website strategy.

As a digital marketing specialist, your role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence.

Reporting to the Head of Proposition & Marketing, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's ambitious growth targets and driving our online brand visibility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a collaborative, analytical and creative marketeer to work within a supportive, experienced and passionate team.

This role is based in Trowbridge and you will be required to work on-site at least 3 days per week.

Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK's largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Website Strategy: Assume leadership of the final stages of the apetito.co.uk website redesign and rebuild project, driving successful delivery of content, development, testing and launch. Ensure optimisation for commercial performance by applying UX, SEO and conversion best practice.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of aligned digital marketing strategies across B2B marketing divisions to support the ambitious growth targets of each part of the business. Primarily focus on brand awareness and acquisition.
  • Digital Lead Generation: Devise and implement strategies for digital brand awareness and lead generation, optimising conversion rates and return on investment.
  • Paid Social Media Management (In-House): Manage and support the execution of paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business unit specific marketing objectives and audience targeting.
  • PPC Management (In-House): Oversee and manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimisation for maximum efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You will support several key areas of the business from commercial marketing (including Care Homes, Education and Healthcare) to central marketing functions (including PR, creative and brand). As such you will be required to work in tandem with all the B2B marketing teams, corporate marketing and the Digital Marketing Executive to integrate digital acquisition initiatives within wider marketing strategies.
  • Line Management: Management and strategic oversight of a Digital Marketing Executive and Undergraduate Digital Marketing Placement whose key responsibilities will be supporting the B2B acquisition and retention strategies via email marketing and wider digital channel support, management of website content, and supporting the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid and organic digital campaigns.

About you

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
  • Significant current knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing a website content management system and improving website SEO.
  • Experience implementing fully-measurable marketing campaigns integrated with CRM.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for interpreting data to inform decision-making.
  • Robust project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Desirable:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with a CRM such as HubSpot.
  • Experience in a similar sector and/or B2B marketing.
  • Line Management experience.
