I am working with a fantastic leader in their market to find a hands-on digital marketer that loves all things data! This is a unique opportunity to drive innovative digital campaigns for a brand synonymous with excellence and finesse.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (social, search, display).
• Manage and grow CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying actionable insights.
• Plan and execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure digital initiatives align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage in the luxury space.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Open to industries as the market can be taught by the wider team!
• Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in paid media, CRM platforms, analytics, and testing methodologies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
