About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across all channels. This role is essential for driving brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will develop, implement, track, and refine digital campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to meet business objectives on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage our paid social media strategy globally.
- Measure and report campaign performance - with specific focus on Google PPC and retargeting campaigns - evaluating and continuously optimizing for KPIs, ROI targets, and spend.
- Identify and analyze trends to inform strategic adjustments in marketing spend and performance for paid search and paid social.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality landing pages and optimize user experiences. Actively review, write, and edit digital content for SEO.
- Develop innovative growth strategies and manage experiments to improve conversion.
- Use analytics to understand customer interactions across channels, optimizing conversion points and user funnels.
- Work with agencies and vendor partners to enhance digital capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging digital technologies and provide recommendations for adoption as relevant - with a critical eye on how the adoption of generative AI and cookie-less environment will impact traditional display and search results
Requirements
- At least 5 years marketing experience
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a successful track record in managing SEO/SEM, paid social media channels, and display campaigns.
- Experience using and integrating with Hubspot.
- Highly creative and strategic, with a history of crafting campaigns that engage and convert target audiences.
- Skilled in A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and user funnel optimisation.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms like Google AdWords.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous - experience with Wordpress Elementor is a plus.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and attention to current trends in online marketing and measurement.
