This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing, who enjoys analysing trends and optimising digital strategies, and is eager to shape the future of film streaming at a company that values innovation, creativity, and inclusivity.

You will focus on:

    • Lead and coordinate digital campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring a cohesive strategy that promotes sustainable growth and brand consistency.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance data to guide decision-making. Improve our reporting processes and deliver insights that optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Growth Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the rest of the team to refine growth strategies, using data-driven insights to test and improve targeting, creative execution, and overall performance.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Continually optimize digital marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for testing and creative improvements to maximize campaign impact.

What you will bring:

Essential

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and data analysis, ideally within a fast-growing environment.
  • Expertise in managing and optimising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with key metrics like CPC, CPA, LTV, and how to use these to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills-you'll need to communicate performance insights and complex data clearly to different teams.

Desired

  • Experience in the entertainment, streaming, or film industry would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of growth marketing tactics, including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
