How would you support our success?

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Silverfin, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving our digital marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact our organisation's growth by attracting and engaging customers through various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance our B2B SaaS brand, growing understanding, visibility and customer engagement in multiple markets.

- Foster strong relationships internally with different departments and externally with partners, agencies and customers to ensure seamless marketing execution and optimisation.

- Influence customer acquisition and retention by delivering targeted and impactful digital marketing campaigns focussed on LinkedIn and Google.

Your responsibilities

    • Become an expert in creating online engagement with accounting firms aligned and enhancing regional marketing plans, technology trends in our sector and innovative digital approaches.
    • Develop and execute strategies for websites, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and social media tailored to business needs and target audience.
    • Continuously analyse channel performance, implementing improvements to optimise reach and engagement.
    • Enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates through A/B testing and iterative improvements.
    • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
    • Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns to align with marketing objectives.
    • Social Media Strategy and Campaign Management:
    • Execute a dynamic social media strategy to foster community engagement and brand awareness.
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities.
    • Analyse campaign data to extract insights, refine marketing strategies, and enhance future campaign effectiveness.
    • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
    • Evaluate and adopt new tools and platforms to keep marketing strategies innovative and competitive.
    • Integrate digital strategies to enhance the customer journey both online and offline, creating a seamless and personalised experience.
    • Implement and manage campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion through targeted digital strategies.
    • Collaboration and Transparency:
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency within the marketing team and across the organisation.
    • Communicate plans, progress, and results of digital marketing campaigns to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and share best practice guidelines for digital marketing and marketing automation workflows.
    • Train and guide team members in adopting these best practices

    • Achieve measurable improvements in digital channel performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
    • Increased website traffic, improved SEO rankings, higher engagement rates on social media, and enhanced lead generation and conversion metrics.
    • Successfully implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that contribute to the overall growth and brand visibility of Silverfin.
    • Meeting and exceeding marketing campaign targets, delivering ROI, and fostering a positive customer experience.
    • Regular reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.

Experience and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in a SaaS/B2B business model.
    • Demonstrable experience in planning and delivering large-scale digital marketing initiatives and campaigns Internationally.
    • Experience managing complex websites and providing comprehensive digital channel management.
    • Solid background in lead generation strategies and extensive knowledge of SEO/SEM.
    • Proficiency in using data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, Google Search Central, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot and social media platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.

    • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
    • Strong capability to analyse performance data and derive actionable insights.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques and best practices.
