Global Karting League is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive our global user acquisition efforts, as we rapidly expand our disruptive electric karting operation internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Drive user acquisition and retention across digital channels (paid social, SEM, SEO, etc.).
  • Plan and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns tailored to new global markets.
  • Manage and optimise spend across digital performance marketing channels.
  • Conduct in-depth web analytics, user behaviour tracking, and conversion optimisation.
  • Leverage data to generate insights and inform digital marketing strategy adjustments.
  • Continuously explore new digital marketing tactics to reach and nurture our global audience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on, execution experience across digital marketing channels.
  • Preference for either high-growth startup or agency-side experience.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly changing startup environment.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience utilising SEO research/analysis tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush.
  • Skilled at analysing data, building reports/dashboards and deriving insights.
  • Proficient with marketing automation/CRM platforms - HubSpot an advantage.
  • Ability to integrate and make sense of data across multiple tools/sources.
  • Skilled with user funnel creation and optimisation. Webflow experience an advantage.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not strictly required.
  • Relevant experience and proven skills in digital marketing channels are more important.

Industry Experience

  • No specific motorsport industry experience is required.
  • However, experience executing digital marketing for a company that expanded internationally is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the events or festival space would be an advantage.
