Carat is the European media agency for Kellanova - a dynamic and progressive FMCG company with many leading household brands such as Kellogg's, Coco Pops, Cornflakes, Special K and Pringles.
Kellanova are a key client for Carat, with a longstanding relationship (10+ years) which was renewed at the start of 2025. Annually, we plan and buy over 100m Euros of media (50%+ in digital) for them across 20+ markets, with a focus on the UK, Spain, Germany, France and Italy.
The Carat Central team consists of Consumer Experience Planners, Communication Planners, Digital Specialists and Market Planners aligned to three business units - Cereals, K Snacks, and Salty Snacks.
The Digital Team is part of the wider Carat Central team. Collaborating across teams, categories and partners, our purpose is to support Kellanova to drive digital media effectiveness and efficiency, by identifying and implementing digital learnings, best practice and innovation.
The Digital Account Manager plays an integral role in the wider Digital Team, managing key day-to-day tasks; ad hoc requests; strategic partner relationships and broader digital projects - all whilst providing exceptional client service.
With plenty of client interaction, senior stakeholder exposure and opportunities to be at the forefront of digital innovation, this role will be well suited for somebody with excellent relationship and communication skills, an interest and passion in digital as well as a proactive and agile mindset.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day Management: including the coordination and running of weekly status calls with clients and internal teams, managing ad-hoc requests and supporting the wider Digital Team.
- Client servicing: building trusted relationships with Kellanova and providing excellent client service.
- Digital Reporting and Analysis: undertaking analysis on a variety of digital data to uncover insights and recommendations for the client to drive future improvements and optimisations.
- Test and Learn Agenda: contributing to Kellanova's learning agenda, working closely with teams to identify and implement test opportunities, sharing back with the client any learnings.
- Measurement: support the digital measurement agenda on cross channel measurement.
- Brand Safety: uphold brand safety best practices and continually update brand safety playbook.
- Partner Relationships: manage key relationships with partners, orchestrating QBR / HBR sessions and ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Digital Inspiration & Innovation: proactively identify best practices and new solutions that are relevant and in line with Kellanova's wider business goals and ambitions.
- Presentations: produce and deliver presentations to clearly communicate analyses, best practices and recommendations on a variety of digital priorities and projects.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Relationship Management: able to build trusted relationships across teams and levels and display strong stakeholder management.
- Communication: strong verbal, written and presentation skills, and able to adapt communication style dependent on audience and situation.
- Collaboration: this role involves working with a lot of different teams, from Planning to Activation to Client Teams. Positive engagement and collaboration will be key to unlock the best value from others.
- Organisation: ability to work on multiple tasks at once, effectively manage their workload and can deliver to high-quality given tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail: meticulous attention to detail across all outputs and invested in the quality of their output.

KEY EXPERIENCE
2-3+ years of media agency/advertising industry experience Understanding of the FMCG vertical within the digital advertising space Confidence in expressing and explaining digital campaign performance to peers and clients, e.g. standard media KPIs, optimisation recommendations, insights and analysis Experience with MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Sound understanding of key digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) Awareness of programmatic planning/buying Knowledge of Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and DV360 is desirable.
