The Marketing and Business Development (BD) team are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Manager to join the team on a hybrid basis in Manchester.

Your role will be instrumental in supporting the global marketing managers in planning, executing and optimizing campaigns across our digital channels, including web, email, social media, and paid media.

The role is an 12-month fixed term contract with possibility to be made permanent depending on needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of four digital executives and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.
  • Support the global marketing managers in planning, executing, and optimizing their campaigns across our digital channels, including web, email, social media, and paid media.
  • Work with our digital agencies to maintain the websites in our group portfolio and ensure technical compliance, quality, and performance.
  • Manage our agency contracts and budgets and ensure timely delivery and reporting.
  • Work across our internal central services teams to support internal projects where needed, such as content creation, data analysis, and user experience.
  • Be a key player in the CRM project, working closely with the IT and sales teams to implement and optimize the new system and ensure alignment with the digital strategy.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, preferably in a global or regional role.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices, such as web analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or related field.
