Overview
We are hiring a Digital Lead to play a defining role in shaping the future of Kellanova's global biddable media strategy. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a high-profile client partnership, bringing together media, data and creativity to drive meaningful business growth. You'll act as a trusted senior voice, influencing strategy across markets while building strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the senior point of contact for Kellanova across paid social, programmatic, search and wider performance channels
- Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into clear media direction
- Set and evolve the global biddable media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and market goals
- Guide and coordinate local market teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution while allowing flexibility where needed
- Build strong partnerships with key platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon and The Trade Desk
- Identify and unlock new opportunities with partners, including testing, innovation and joint planning initiatives
- Oversee performance, risks and opportunities, using insight to shape senior-level recommendations and next steps
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading digital media strategy across biddable channels
- Confidence managing senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Experience working across multi-market or regional accounts, ideally within fast-moving sectors
- Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, measurement approaches and performance optimisation
- Ability to bring clarity to complexity and translate data into actionable business insight
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how resourcing, scope and delivery impact outcomes
