We're hiring for a Digital Director to join our team in London working across two of our great clients.
Purpose of the Role
As the Digital Director, you'll lead the digital planning, channel management and digital strategic thinking across telecom and wellness accounts. You'll manage and coordinate the specialist teams in the UK, providing strategic direction. You will be the go-to for the client, building a strong client relationship and developing deep understanding of their needs and business challenges, translating these into digital cross-channel strategies. You will focus on driving digital maturity and innovation to push our clients to be a market leader in their category.
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with local market teams, to ensure that they deliver work to a high standard that will meet client expectations.
- Lead the Display, Paid Social and Search teams predominantly based in London.
- Work alongside the strategy and planning team to deliver solutions to client briefs that are innovative and creative.
- Manage the end-to-end process from brief to delivery of media plans and post campaign insight.
- Stay current on a range of issues - market, industry and own area of expertise, continually testing new strategies to drive improved performance.
- Lead your team to ensure operational excellence in accurate and timely delivery of campaign setup, trafficking, and finance deliverables, working closely with the international finance, data/tech and market teams to deliver this.
Qualifications + Skills
- An expertise in performance media and its role in the wider digital ecosystem, demonstrating a passion for digital innovation.
- Knowledge of performance channels including programmatic, paid social, paid search/PPC & retail media.
- A strong understanding of the relationship between different media channels and experience with data analysis to support this.
- Strong communication skills, able to adapt your style for internal and external team and across different markets.
- Able to build trusting and collaborative relationships with colleagues and across the wider dentsu network
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail

- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
