About the Role
As the Digital Manufacturing Coordinator, you'll work with operations and digital teams to identify, trial and implement new technologies and systems that enhance productivity and streamline processes. You'll combine your technical expertise with strong analytical skills to deliver insights, drive improvements, and optimise systems.
What You'll Do
Drive Digital Transformation:
- Identify and deliver digital solutions that improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Trial and implement new technologies to solve manufacturing challenges and unlock productivity.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights for operations teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop visualizations that drive decision-making.
Streamline and Improve Processes:
- Optimize existing digital systems and processes.
- Collect and analyse data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead Small-Scale Projects:
- Manage cross-functional projects to implement digital initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure sustainable improvements.
Champion Change:
- Advocate for the adoption of digital tools, systems, and ways of working across manufacturing teams.
- Support operations teams in embedding new technologies and ensuring compliance with data governance practices.
About You
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven analyst with a passion for digital transformation, data and problem-solving.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation, reporting and analysis.
- Experience with digital tools, systems and process improvement in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Solid understanding of data governance and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage small projects, working cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerApps).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage teams and drive change.
- Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and delivering tangible outcomes.
