The Daytime Digital Team produces all of the social, website, app, and branded content for the Daytime brands.
Firmly embedded within the ITV Daytime shows, the team create and curate the best content from across Daytime's award-winning output.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Commercial Producer - who will work in conjunction with the rest of the Daytime Digital team to create social content. You will be responsible for ideating and pitching, planning, filming and editing, along with delivering a number of commercial requirements across Daytime's digital footprint.
Working closely with colleagues embedded in GMB, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women, alongside the wider Daytime team, you will create award-winning social creative which activates for sponsors and partners.
An Adobe-wizz, you'll be as comfortable pitching an idea for This Morning's Tik Tok channel - as filming, and editing, a story for Loose Women's Instagram channel.
The ideal candidate will also have experience creating content and managing social campaigns on publisher platforms.
You must work to strict timelines and feedback across the life cycle of a campaign. You'll produce content which is of the highest possible quality and take ownership of the planning for commercial content across the Daytime estate.
You will build relationships with production teams and continually evolve our commercial digital offering. Working with presenters and talent to help produce content will also be an important part of this role.
An understanding of ASA and OFCOM guidance is desirable.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)...
- Experience managing relationships between production/social/digital teams and commercial requirements
- An understanding of the Daytime shows and their audiences
- Experience planning, ideating and creating commercial content across a major brand
- Knowledge of ASA guidance for digital content delivery
- Experience creating digital content across digital platforms at a major brand/news organisation
- Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After-Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience filming content for social channels
- Experience using data to inform decisions about what content to publish, when and where
- Experience working across different social platforms and apps
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideally experience working with on-screen talent
- Can-do, self-starter attitude who can work independently to get things done
