It's an exciting time to be part of activpayroll, and in particular within our Marketing and Demand Generation team where we're working at pace and with passion to showcase and further our brand.

As the Digital Channel Manager, you will be stepping into the core of our Marketing and Demand Generation team, where innovation and action are the norm. We're in the midst of an exciting journey, shaping a narrative that resonates with our audience, and you'll play a pivotal role in steering our SEO and Paid Media strategies. This role is about crafting content that speaks volumes, driving engagement, and propelling our global growth.

On a typical day, it looks like this...

  • Developing and executing a robust SEO strategy, encompassing technical refinements, on-page optimisations, and content enhancements
  • Collaborating closely with our Content Manager and Product Experts to develop and execute SEO-driven content strategies, enhancing visibility and engagement across major search engines
  • Optimising our website architecture and user experience to maximise lead generation from incoming traffic
  • Performing detailed competitor analysis and reporting, to showcase our market share growth and competitive positioning
  • Strategically planning and executing digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across various global channels and territories, including search engines, social media platforms, and digital display networks, all aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Developing and testing various ad and creative formats with a strong focus on targeting models and optimising landing pages to enhance campaign performance and scalability
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign and channel performance, offering insights into the effectiveness of strategies and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Performing detail competitor analysis and reporting

To be truly effective, you'll have...

  • A solid track record of success in B2B SEO and digital advertising
  • Proficiency in utilising SEO and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing digital ad budgets across various platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn Advertising
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, coupled with a strong grasp of HTML/CSS as they relate to SEO
  • Strong analytical ability, proficient with tools like GA4, Looker Studio and HubSpot
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications include Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint
