Qualifications

Essential criteria

• A relevant degree, or equivalent qualification
• Formal training in software testing methods. (ISEB Software Testing) ITIL change management or relevant experience.

Experience

Essential criteria

• Understanding of modern software development and testing methods
• Understanding of NHS clinical and administrative processes
• Experience of diverse major NHS projects
• Experience of working independently and in a team orientated collaborative environment
• Significant software testing experience
• Experience with Industry standard formal test tools
• Customer facing work for acceptance testing
• Test Management experience of third party supplied software solutions
• Experiencing of operating within an ITIL change management framework in a large complex organisation.
• Line management experience
