Job Description

As our Digital Campaign Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, briefing and coordination of digital campaign assets for key digital channels incl Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Search and website homepage. You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. This will provide you with a great opportunity to gain learnings across multiple digital marketing channels as the go-to person for campaigns.

You will work closely with our UK and INTL brand teams (who own the core creative outputs) and ensure assets are created that fit our INTL ecomm requirements. Where we do not have a core creative output from the business, you will work with channel managers and trading managers to brief our in-house studio to create relevant assets eg promotional creatives.

The planning stage will be extremely key. You will be expected to liaise with key stakeholders across the business to obtain relevant campaign information ahead of time and transfer that information to a centralised campaign planning document that you will own, update and communicate weekly to the international ecommerce team.

Your success in role will be measured by getting briefs right first time, hitting supply deadlines, clarity/accuracy of campaign information and positive feedback on your working relationships from your key stakeholders.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Work closely with channel managers across D2C and Marketplaces to plan, brief and coordinate digital campaign assets for digital channels incl Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Search, Email and the website homepage
  • Create, own and maintain a centralised campaign planning document
  • Lead the briefing process for localised content and campaigns, ensuring the International brand and design team supply content that suits the needs of our International pure play markets where relevant (Mother's Day, Back to School, etc).
  • Own the International Pure Play marketing campaign calendar, to ensure key events and campaigns are considered in quarterly planning sessions.
  • Lead on Marketing priorities, direction and input (alongside Trade) for the process of placing the buys for the European distribution centre each season and review buys to support top up allocation

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • You have a passion for process with experience of structural set-ups that drive efficiencies and success
  • You have experience of working with agencies and in-house creative teams (from either client or agency side) with an in-depth understanding of content production and media planning processes
  • You have a digital mindset and have had experience executing both online and offline marketing strategies
  • You are great with people and can influence stakeholders, peers and 'clients' alike to buy into your ideas
  • You have a flexible, agile & forward-thinking mentality, delivering against project timelines and objectives but also know when to pivot to get the best outcome
