Overview
Digital Business Director
We are hiring a Digital Business Director to shape how a globally recognised fashion brand connects with its audiences. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will guide strategy, people and performance across a multi-market, cross-channel digital operation. Working at the intersection of data, creativity and technology, you will play a central role in delivering meaningful outcomes for the client. If you enjoy leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders and translating strategy into action, this role offers both scale and purpose.
What you'll be doing:
- Build trusted relationships with senior regional clients, acting as a key partner in their growth and decision-making
- Translate global strategy into regional execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams across Strategy, Planning, Activation and Data to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery across paid social, search and programmatic channels
- Identify opportunities to optimise performance, using data insights to drive measurable impact
- Ensure strong account health by managing scope, workload and delivery standards throughout the year
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, sharing best practice and unlocking additional value for the client
Skills we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading regional or global client relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital marketing across both brand and performance campaigns
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect global direction to local execution
- Experience working within retail, fashion or similarly dynamic sectors (beneficial, not essential)
- Confidence managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- A collaborative leadership style that supports, develops and motivates teams
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making at all levels
