Overview

The Global Digital Associate Director will play a key role within TikTok's central EMEA client team, responsible for delivering best-in-class digital strategies. This position involves collaborating with the activation team and overseeing a Digital Manager to develop global brand communications and activation strategies, managing local teams to ensure the implementation of best practices, and overseeing central activation efforts to drive performance.

The Role

Working closely with the Digital Business Director, the Global Digital Associate Director will oversee the day-to-day management of accounts across multiple markets, ensuring campaigns launch on time, are continuously optimized, and meet performance goals. You will also build strong relationships with global agency and hub teams, working with performance activation and media planning specialists to plan and deliver integrated, high-performing strategies across TikTok's brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy global brand activation strategies across media, programmatic and social in partnership with local teams.
  • Manage and implement best practices for various channels and disciplines, providing guidance on growth strategies and performance expectations.
  • Ensure digital quality assurance, brand safety, and timely, high-quality delivery to ensure they meet TikTok's key performance indicators and business objectives
  • Support and collaborate closely with Digital Business Director to drive strategic outcomes and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the central client, and local teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Data Sciences, Media Owners, and third-party providers to identify and implement new tools, technologies, and strategies that drive growth for TikTok.
  • Provide best practice case studies from successful campaigns and scale them across markets to drive consistency and optimize performance globally.

Qualifications

  • Exposure to Kantar or other brand measurement partners
  • Well-versed in paid social, programmatic, ad tech platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Experience in media planning and activation
