Digital and Creative Project Manager

ITG are recruiting for our newest Project Manager, someone who'll be at the forefront of delivering incredible Digital and Creative projects for some of our fantastic and famous client brands.

You will have demonstrable experience of managing and delivering creative & digital projects through a broad mix of channels and will be highly organised with an exceptional level of attention to detail. You will have strong project management and communication skills, be a confident communicator, be able to speak up when you need to and have an absolute laser-like focus on ensuring that stuff gets done when it should be.

Your role will largely be internally facing, and you will work closely with the rest of the Ops Team but you be called on from time-to-time to join client calls and meetings to up-date on project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans effectively with clear key timings and clear deliverables
  • Gather requirements and client input in order to feed into the resource team
  • Produce production ready client briefs/project specifications (for banner adverts, storyboards, email creatives, animated and video assets, strategy,creative content and more)
  • Support in providing detailed estimates for new projects
  • Ensure commercials and budgets are controlled throughout project timelines
  • Be proactive in delivering updates to account and client teams
  • On time, to budget considering best practice and innovation at all times
  • Support in the production of storyboards, ad copy and creative visuals
  • Support production in identifying asset release type and ensuring all assets are delivered and distributed accurately and on time
  • Support the QC department in checking all campaigns for best practice and accuracy prior to client release
  • Liaise with account teams to ensure they are kept up-to-date with progress and helping provide great customer service.

Requirements

Experience managing projects in the following areas is essential:

  • Digital animation
  • Content and Creative
  • Creative, Copy & Design
  • Digital signage

Experience in the below is preferred, but not essential:

  • Email campaigns
  • Content scheduling
  • Website builds
  • Web apps
  • SMS campaigns
  • Paid media (banners, social ads, PPC)
