Some of your day to day responsibilities will be...
The role of Digital Account Manager is really important to us. You will be responsible for managing and developing robust relationships with our UK Fuel Card customers via SMS, email, webchat and phone conversations.
- Identifying and adapting communication and engagement methods to fit the needs of your customers.
- Responding and resolving customer queries over our SMS platform, webchat, phone and through email.
- Working as part of a wider team to support the Company's strategic plans and objectives.
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs including additional product requirements.
