Role: Digital account Manager

Reporting to: CEO

Location: London Bridge

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and motivated digital account manager, with a strong understanding of working in a fast paced agency environment.

You will be responsible for managing our client accounts and will be expected to maintain a high retention rate, developing long term relationships with clients. Reporting into the CEO and supporting the senior team in all new business activities; identifying opportunities, writing proposals, delivering key pitches, and creating strategies for revenue growth targets.

As a digital account manager:

  • You must have a strong understanding of customer experience within digital products, mobile apps, UX, usability and technology, ideally having developed your experience in a creative agency environment in a senior client services or business development role
  • You will work with the senior team to identify, devise and implement a strategy based on new business and current client growth opportunities
  • You must be a keen networker and comfortable communicating with c-suite executives
  • Manage the commercial forecasting for the client portfolio, develop client plans and be comfortable in commercial conversations
  • Be passionate about our clients and their industries

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for retaining and growing our clients accounts but also identifying new commercial activities, opportunities and driving business growth
  • Taking ownership of writing and delivering key pitches
  • Being an active member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to support the business in meeting financial targets
  • Monitor key metrics and report on client performance and engagement
  • Quality assurance, wear the client 'client hat' and oversee the quality of deliverables and that they align with their businesses and strategic goals

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience working in an account management role within a digital agency
  • Proven experience of managing and growing client accounts
  • Preferred background in digital product design and build, not campaign based projects, also any experience working with large procurements or government projects.
  • Strong networking skills, comfortable communicating and negotiating with clients
  • Be commercially savvy, have an understanding of the importance of revenue, profit targets and new business development
  • Skilled in pitching and winning tender documents and proposals
  • Outgoing, friendly and assertive personality who is able to build strong relationships and build on the brilliant team culture
