Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager in the C&H Space Planning team to deliver key aspects of the Space Transformation.
This is a critical role aligning the C&H Space transformation to the overall C&H and Retail Transformations. Working with the C&H transformation team to represent space both into and out of the programme.
A requirement will be developing the programme plan and associated briefs with the Space team, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged. Build presentations, business cases and documents as required. Ensuring the key transformation projects are delivered and aligned across the internal teams.
We have an exciting systems roll out programme and part of the role will be supporting the delivery and roll out of the Blue Yonder floor planning/planogramming system in space and the RFID equipment programme.
Key to this role will be delivering innovative change through refreshed mindsets and behaviours, alongside the utilisation of new systems.

Please note this role is an 18-month fixed term contract.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Works with the C&H transformation team to represent space both into and out of the programme
- Ensures space requirements and deliverables are within the transformation roadmap
- Support the functionality scoping and roll out of new space systems - for instance Blue Yonder and RFID
- Prepares business cases and benefits for approval where required
- Oversee initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to deliver the change, including problem solving and coordination of stakeholders, bringing content expertise where possible

Your skills and experience will include
- Strategic mindset and able to distil complex issues into simple, deliverable solutions and executable plans
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge and experience of systems development and integration methodologies and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills
- Knowledge of business IT systems and the space planning interdependencies
