Grade K | Salary: £54,971 - £58,261 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Full-time | Permanent

We're on the lookout for an inspiring Development and Change Manager to lead our corporate learning, development and change programmes, while driving a bold and inclusive equality, diversity and inclusion agenda that supports our values and delivers for our workforce and our city

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and delivery of a future-focused learning and development offer
- Shape and embed a positive organisational culture and change mindset
- Drive strategic equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives across the Council
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver major change and transformation programmes
- Develop innovative approaches to leadership, engagement and talent development
- Use evidence, insight and data to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- A confident leader with strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Experience in learning, organisational development, or cultural change within a complex organisation
- Proven commitment and leadership in equality, diversity and inclusion
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in leading through change
- A people-focused mindset, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach
Who You'll Lead:
You'll head up a passionate, multidisciplinary team including Development & Change Consultants, EDI specialists and L&D facilitators. Together, you'll make a measurable difference in the organisation's development journey.
Hybrid Working:
We offer a flexible hybrid working model. You'll be based at our modern Loxley House office with the opportunity to work from home part of the week.
