The team...

Our ITV Commercial team is responsible for bringing in the revenue to fund ITV's programmes. However, the Commercial team isn't just about advertising sales. With a constantly evolving TV marketplace and a multitude of new ways for our viewers to experience ITV, our commercial opportunities have never been more exciting. The role...

The Commercial Sales Team requires a designer with strategic creative thinking, to create striking design solutions, to sell ITV sales propositions or respond to client briefs. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team to support and create a consistent ITV brand presence across all our Commercial output, whilst rising to the demands of working within a fast paced, sales team.

The Graphic Designer will work using a wide wide range of software but particularly within the Adobe creative suite. The predominant media required is presentation design, which is scaled up with motion graphics, video editing, creative imagery and brand design. We also create proposal documents, brochures, set installations, presentation props and room-scale imagery. We are a Google Suite business and proficiency in using Google Slides is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a number of exciting projects, where no two days are the same. To be successful as our Graphic Designer, you'll have:

  • A background in creating bespoke pitch design, particularly presentations, in a busy environment with a proven portfolio of work
  • A high level of understanding and experience using Adobe Creative suite, including After Effects and editing skills
  • Prior experience working on multiple assignments with varying deadlines, ideally in an agency
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experience in creating and maintaining an asset bank
  • The ability to accept creative direction and constructive feedback from line management and all other relevant stakeholders
  • Passion for TV and the media advertising industry

Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)

  • Must have a portfolio attached to your application in order to be considered for this role
  • Experience in working in media or a busy working environment
  • A high level of understanding and experience using Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite

Other things we're looking for (key criteria)

  • Ability to generate original design work to a brief
  • Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A high level of understanding and experience using Microsoft Office, basic editing skills would be of benefit but not essential
  • Ability to generate original and thought-provoking ideas working to a brief
  • Prior experience working on multiple assignments with varying deadlines, ideally in an agency
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
  • Experience in creating and maintaining an asset bank
  • The ability to accept creative direction and constructive feedback from line management and all other relevant stakeholders
  • Passion for TV and the media industry
