You'll be joining us as a Designate Practice Manager initially covering practices in the Central Liverpool Area.
A full-time and permanent position.
Your future as a Designate Practice Manager
- Initially, you will have a base practice and be covering Practice Manager absences across our practices in central Liverpool before being placed in your permanent practice
- Must have a full driving licence and access to your own transport - travel expenses will be paid while in the Designate role

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
