Your future, as a Designate Practice Manager at mydentist
- A full-time and permanent position, predominantly Monday - Friday
- A new role due to growth in the area you will have a local base practice and will cover other local practices in your local area to support Practice Manager's absence/holidays/sickness etc
- With the future opportunity to go into a fixed practice of your own when the location becomes available
- To cover practices across Bristol
- You will need a driving license and access to your own transport
- Travel expenses will be paid for any travel

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
- Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
