Designate Deputy Manager - Northwest - 4 Day Working Week!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Designate Deputy Manager to join our Turtle Bay Family in the Northwest, supporting our teams across our Blackpool, Preston and Blackburn locations. Please note, the role will require geographical flexibility the ability to commute between the M55/M65 corridor.

Our Designate Deputy Managers are our next generation of General Managers! They are amazing hosts, entertainers and leaders and make sure that everything's in place to support our teams in delivering the best Caribbean Good Times!

As a Designate Deputy Manager, you'll develop your team coaching, leadership and restaurant management skills whilst driving sales and creating the magic of the Caribbean for our guests!
