All the responsibilities we'll trust you with
- You'll plan and manage design activity for the project
- You'll understand client's requirements and aspirations
- You'll have detailed reviews of designs, identifying shortfalls, information conflicts, scope gaps, build ability issues, risks and opportunity
- You'll have formal and documented resolution of design shortfalls
- You'll prepare and maintain risk and opportunity register
- You'll coordination between designers and sub-contractors to ensure they are aligned
Where you'll be based
You'll join our Blandford Division, where we undertake projects valued between £1m and £15m. Specialising in Grade II Listed properties, refurbishments and contemporary new builds, each project requires meticulous management and attention to detail.

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- You'll have the relevant design or construction degree level qualification
- You'll have technical knowledge of construction design and detail
- You'll have knowledge of the design process and programming
- You'll have awareness of various forms of contract
- You'll have awareness of commercial control
- You'll have understanding of CDM regulations
- You'll have worked in autoCAD or equivalent design software experience beneficial
