Working as part of our Communications team and closely alongside our insights, SEO, paid media, creative and content teams, you'll manage relationships with clients - ensuring quality, managing expectations, maintaining satisfaction, spotting opportunities and achieving client objectives - and be the lynchpin in a busy press office. You'll have outstanding media relations and top-notch writing skills, whether drafting a byline for deep-tech media or a blog for a client's website.

What you'll do:

  • Act as point of contact and relationship manager between our clients and our team, building strong client relationships all while gaining a deep understanding of their business and communications needs
  • Write and execute communications plans and oversee the strategic direction for key client accounts
  • Work closely with the senior team to identify growth opportunities to help our clients achieve their goals, supporting expansion of new service offerings
  • Take part in supporting new business pitches/proposals and prepare briefs, proposals and decks for existing clients
  • Manage the onboarding and kick off processes for key new accounts and projects
  • Proactively identify and look to solve potential issues or blockers and act as an escalation point for client concerns or troubleshooting
  • Take part in agency life, including joining Clarity initiatives, supporting and driving peer-group proposals, attending team socials and generally 'joining in!'

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of two years' experience working with B2B technology brands within agency or in-house, including SaaS and enterprise tech
  • Have a passion for all things technology
  • Be fearless about giving strategic counsel to clients and have the ability to deliver against communication outcomes
  • Enjoy the creative and fast pace of agency life, thriving in an environment of flexibility and change
  • Have a proactive mindset, and an ability to work with clients and colleagues from around the world
  • Have proven superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have strong organisational and time management skills
  • Be a team player
