Job Description

You will monitor design and construction activities to insure that all phases of the performance of the work is done in accordance with established standards, contractual agreements, and as expeditiously and economically as possible. You will need to communicate with Senior Management and associates at all levels.

You will be reporting to EMEA Regional Design & Construction Team Lead, and works closely with the Regional Real Estate Managers who lead the EMEA Sub-Regions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple Real Estate Design and Construction projects of varying size and complexity for our corporate offices within the EMEA Region.
  • Managing and coordinating all required activities during the course of the Project
  • Managing of program development, budgeting and estimating, planning and design, scheduling, knowledge of furniture systems, procurement of design and construction vendors
  • Monitoring design and construction activities to insure that all phases of the performance of the work is done in accordance with established standards
  • Managing project requests relating to repositioning programs, renovating and reconfiguring office space, replacement or upgrading building infrastructure and support systems, and relocating staff.
  • Working within a clear set of policies and procedures to execute the required tasks

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Deep knowledge of construction industry and managing large scale projects for high profile clients such as JPMC Expertise in building and managing detailed construction budgets and schedules, logistics plans, and change management protocols, etc.
  • Experience working with industry-leading consultants, construction managers, subcontractors, vendors, etc. and ability to work with them to deliver high quality programs
  • Expertise in building and managing detailed construction budgets and schedules, logistics plans, and change management protocols, etc.
  • Understands and enforces detailed policy and procedures that project managers must follow when managing projects
  • Reviews the development of all capital funding packages for projects and ensure scope is in line with existing standards
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Several years of work experience, working in Real Estate or Project Management preferred
