We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven designer to join our dynamic F&F Home Design Team! If you have a flair for print, product, illustration and trend-led design, this could be the perfect role for you!
As our Assistant Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our homeware collections. With a strong focus on trend led product and print development, you'll bring fresh ideas and original artwork to life across a variety of different product categories including home decs, candles, dine and textiles, designing both soft and hard products.
We're looking for someone who's proactive, curious, and confident in spotting emerging design and social trends. You'll be encouraged to challenge the norm and contribute to the creative direction of the department.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

You will be responsible for
• Create dynamic artworks for use across Home product ranges.
• Support product development and sampling to ensure smooth team operations.
• Conduct customer and competitor research, compiling trend reports to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to seasonal strategy by identifying key lines, colour stories, and product opportunities.
• Assist in designing trend-led collections and delivering 'must-have' items for our customers.
• Compile design briefs and sample packs to ensure accurate execution and quality.
• Play an active role in managing the design critical path and meeting departmental needs.
You will need
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, ProCreate, and hand illustration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• A keen eye for trends, storytelling, and customer-focused design.
• Experience or interest in range planning and product development.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to creative challenges.
